Pricing

We’re excited to have your child join us this summer! Here’s a breakdown of the costs:

 

Class Fees

• 1-Hour Classes: $350 per session
• 2-Hour Classes: $700 per session
• Pool-Based Classes: $375 per session (includes extra resources)
• Kindergarten Full Day Program: $1,500 per session

 

One-Time Registration Fee

• A $60 nonrefundable registration fee is required per child.

• Sports Camps: June 9 – June 13
• Session 1: June 16 – July 3
Note – Juneteenth ( June 19 ) and Independence Day ( July 4 ) are Holidays
• Session 2: July 7 – July 25
• Combined Session: June 16 – July 25

 

Important Deadlines

• February 10th – PolySummer Registration Opens
• May 1: Last day to request a full refund (registration fee is non-refundable). $50 fee per class change fee starts
• June 1: $100 fee per class change fee starts

International Camper Policy

At PolySummer, we warmly welcome international students! However, please note that our program is not designed for English immersion. To ensure a successful and enjoyable experience, all students must be able to:

 

• Communicate effectively in English
• Follow directions in English
• Actively participate in their classes

• PolySummer does not provide assistance with obtaining visas for travel to the United States or securing accommodations.

Lunch

PolySummer, in partnership with Bevaris Alliance, our food service provider, is excited to offer convenient pre-order lunch options for your student this summer!

You can choose to purchase a meal plan for one or both sessions of the summer program. Bevaris Alliance provides detailed information about the lunch options and how to purchase a plan through the links below.

Health & Safety

PolySummer prioritizes the health and well-being of all students by having a school nurse on-site throughout the summer. If your child requires prescription medication during the program, our nurse is available to ensure it is administered safely and in accordance with your doctor’s instructions. Please provide any necessary documentation and medications in their original packaging prior to the start of the program.

Financial Aid

PolySummer provides its own financial aid program, separate from the financial aid offered by Polytechnic School. Aid is limited and awarded based on demonstrated need and fund availability. To be considered, families must submit a completed application form along with all required supporting documents.

 

For Poly families who have already submitted their information through Polytechnic School’s Clarity Application, only the completed PolySummer application form is required. Please note that incomplete applications or missing documentation will disqualify families from consideration.
