Study Skills – Note Taking and Outlining
Grade 6-9

The two most important practical skills to student success needed its own class. This class will teach students how to take notes as a necessary skill, how to use those notes to create helpful outlines, and then understanding the importance of how these become the cornerstone to studying. After learning the skills, students will practice taking notes and will write a number of outlines whereby feedback will be given so students know where to improve. This class is a must take for students who want to practice practical skills as they navigate middle school and prepare to enter high school ready to go.
