This class is a project-based summer course that combines science and coding using MIT’s Scratch platform. In this exciting course, students will explore the science of forces, motion, electricity, and magnetism while learning to code with Scratch. They’ll build a virtual physics lab, experiment with different types of forces, and use their knowledge to design interactive games such as car races and safety belt tests. Students will also investigate how electricity and magnets work, then apply what they learn to create digital simulations and hands-on experiments. This class blends creativity, technology, and science—perfect for curious young inventors! In this lesson, we will mainly use a computer to do coding.
