Little Scientists - Fun with Hands-On Discovery
Grade 1-2

For curious explorers – in Little Scientists, Fun with Hands-On Discovery, young learners will dive into the world of science through hands-on science experiments, creative problem solving, and collaborative discovery. During the three week span, they will explore real science concepts in Physics, Natural Science, and Chemistry – like making the non-Newtonian fluid, creating fizzy chemical reactions, and even becoming a paleontologist and digging for “fossils”. We will spark their curiosity through exciting experiments inspired by Emily’s Wonder Lab and the SciShow Kids. Designed for young learners, this class combines imagination with science to help young thinkers discover the joy of learning science through play.
Tech & Video Content: Each lesson will begin with a short 5-minute introductory video that introduces or previews the day’s scientific concept. No more than 70 minutes total.
