Exploring Science through Experiments
Grade 7-8

This course provides students hands-on opportunities to engage in different types of experiments that span the physical, chemical, and biological sciences. To create an enriching experience exploring the science workbench, classes will include performing dissections and chemical reactions, learning about biotechnology, as well as watching videos on modern surgical/medical procedures. By the end of the session students will gain a deeper appreciation for the various branches of science through active participation in their acquisition of scientific knowledge.
