Students explore Spanish vocabulary and pronunciation through the timeless stories of Aesop. Each fable is read in both Spanish and English, with special attention to sound patterns, key vocabulary, and comprehension. After reading, students engage in creative activities such as reconstructing the story, illustrating scenes, narrating portions of the text, interviewing characters (played by classmates), or performing short dramatizations. These interactive projects support language acquisition while strengthening imagination and communication skills.
Tech & Video Content: Approximately 15–20 minutes of screen time every couple of days. After each story, students watch a short Spanish-language cartoon version to reinforce vocabulary and strengthen listening comprehension.
