Knights of the round table
Grade 2-3

Come join us young squire, as we persue knowledge and explore the life and history of knights during medieval times and strive to become knights ourselves. Students will be introduced to medieval times and learn the history of knights and life in the middle ages through a series of activities. Students will get to practice gross motor skills thorugh crafting their own armor and shields. Aspiring knights will also get to explore history of knights through stories and practice writing skills in creating their own stories of themselves and the spic deeds they have performed like the knights of the past. Students will help create the knights code, a set of rules that every aspiring knight should strive to live up to such as to be kind, be helpful, and to stand up for what's right.
