Chinese Digital Story Creators
Grade 3-5

In this creative, tech-powered Mandarin class, students become digital story creators! Through pinyin typing, drawing, and simple Chinese writing, learners will create their own digital comics, illustrated stories, and mini Chinese books.
Students strengthen their pinyin recognition and typing skills while using typed Chinese to label characters, write dialogue, and build short stories. With choices matched to their level, every child can express ideas, design characters, and turn their imagination into a Chinese-language creation they are proud of.
This interdisciplinary, hands-on class blends language, technology, and art—perfect for 3rd–5th graders with basic Mandarin experience who are ready to type, draw, and create in Chinese!
Tech & Video Content: Daily 5–10 minutes of short instructional videos or visual demonstrations to support learning.
