Introduction to Dungeons & Dragons
Grade 7-10

Join a heroic quest deep into the fantasy world of Dungeons & Dragons! Dungeons & Dragons is a table-top role-playing game where the players' choices and interactions (and luck of the dice) control the game. For new and old players alike, the class will guide students on how to create a character, join an adventuring party, and play out a campaign. Together, the group will explore various locations like: dungeons, abandoned ruins, get lost in jungles, gather treasure, fight classic villains, and discover hidden secrets. Outside of the fantasy adventures, students will also get the chance to stretch their creative writing muscles by creating their own campaign adventures and take a turn at running a campaign. Screen time varies on daily basis. Screen time is used to provide general rules for Dungeons and Dragons as well as rules for character specific classes.
