In this course students will learn dessert inspired culinary skills by preparing the most delicious fruit based ice creams, sherbets and sorbets all made right in the classroom. We will feast on unique rice crispy treats, fruit crumbles, layered ice cream cakes, and more.

Love anything chocolate? Students will also discover the fine art of making chocolate candies similar to those found at Godiva or See's Candies. We will be melting, pouring and molding unique chocolate lollipops and novelty shapes perfect for your summertime tastebuds. Only the freshest ingredients are used daily.
