Broadway Showstoppers Dance Class
Grade 6-9

Step into the spotlight! This high-energy dance class introduces middle school performers to the vibrant world of Broadway opening numbers and show-stopping ensemble routines. Students will learn foundational dance technique (jazz, ballet, modern, and hip-hop)—including coordination, musicality, flexibility, and stage presence—while exploring the iconic styles that make Broadway choreography unforgettable.
Throughout the session, dancers will rehearse three exciting production numbers inspired by famous Broadway shows. Each routine will highlight different skills, movement vocabularies, and performance qualities, giving students a well-rounded introduction to musical-theatre dance.
The session culminates in a final-day showcase where families and fellow students are invited to enjoy a lively in-class performance of all three numbers. This class is perfect for students in grades 6–9 who love to move, perform, and shine on stage—no prior dance experience required!
